Resident in Counseling
No matter where you are in life, I am proud of you for taking the first step toward healing and mental wellness. I will work with you to address major life transitions, lack of motivation, or even excessive worries having to do with the future. My specialty is serving clients with PTSD, mood disorders, anxiety, and substance abuse disorders. My ultimate goal is to create a supportive environment for my clients to work towards their authentic selves. I often combine Cognitive-Behavioral, Person-Centered, and Rational-Emotive Behavioral Therapy to tailor each treatment plan to achieve holistic care for each client. I mostly work with teens and adults. I have a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University as well as a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of San Diego. I am currently a Resident in Counseling under supervision in Virginia.
